I have this a B but think it would be a B+ once it gets a bunch of foot traffic. Front 9 is short and technical. Back 9 is longer with wider gaps. Fun lines with slight elevation. The pads and baskets are good. Had no problem with course navigation. If you get off the fairway on most holes your only option is chipping back to fairway. Plenty of trees and bushes

New course and a work in progress, especially the back 9. Wooded, technical, mild elevation and nice variety. Plays from shorts and longs. A water hazard on hole 16. Lots of ferns in the fairways on several holes. Longer back 9 with a couple par 4’s. New cement pads and Black Hole Gravity baskets. Signage coming. UDisc is mandatory for navigation. Big parking lot with a trash can and porta potty. Currently more clearing is being done on the course. Upon completion, this will be a solid A- course.
