Enjoyable course. We were camping at Interlaken and it's just a quick trip over to this course. As mentioned the front has some slight elevation but is very open. The back is wooded but many of the holes have reasonable shooting lanes. One guardian tree and then you're clear on many holes. Udisc map makes things look tighter than they are but is great for finding baskets. Tee pads are cement at least. Trash bins on every hole. We'll groomed. Baskets are in good shape. Could use better signage at the pads but the drawing in the 4x4 gives a rough idea at least. Little gem of a course!

Jason truly doesn't know what he is talking about . This is a nice beginners course in a tiny little town and they are lucky to have it. The course is well thought out for the space given. Mostly longer open holes on the front nine and tight woods ( pines ) holes on the back nine. It can be a little difficult finding the next tee so I gave the caretakers a suggestion of painting one of the bars on the basket with bright colored paint that would direct you to the next tee. Lets see if they actually do that. Be sure to say hello to Polly and George , they are the caretakers and have been for 8 years . Nice people , who really care for the park and the course. There is also enough challenges for more advanced players here as well. We all need to keep in mind we were all beginners at one point and in order to grow this sport we need folks continually joining us on the golf course.

I really like this course. It has a variety of hole types. There are several pretty open holes, several with just a few trees, several that are heavily populated with trees but have a designated lane, then there are a few that you just throw and pray it makes it through :-) All in all it is a great course as you get to practice many different shots.

Get a course map or you will tee off to the wrong basket at least once if not more. Layout can be somewhat confusing so be sure and find the grounds keeper (rv next to the tennis courts) and ask for a course map. Very well maintained course, no drinking and no smoking rules combined with the constant presence of the grounds keepers means you don't have a bunch of drunk casuals messing up the place. As for how the course plays, the front 9 are all open holes with few trees or many other obstacles except for the tennis courts on hole one. The back 9 is either in the woods or going in/out of the woods. Good course for people new to the game as most holes are either straight forward or basic left/right. Ever present wind on the front 9 is good for forcing a new player to make smart decisions when it comes to disc selection. Not a bad course by any means but the more experienced player will probably find it lacking. Great course to build good solid fundamentals.

This a great course for golfers of all skills. Amateurs will like the short distances and easy shots. Pros will like the chance to easily score double digits under par and many ace runs. The course is well kept by the civic center attendants and signage and cement tees on each hole are nice. This course is generally not ever crowded and makes for a relaxed round. Being mostly flat makes for an easy walk and easy navigation. Overall this is a great course for anyone.

First time playing here. Great mix of holes/shots in nice, shady tree-lined corridors. The red topped Chainstars are a lot easier to spot in the woods than the standard gray ones. It really hits you in the gut when you don't get the birdies on the shorter holes, since many are 300+. Holes 11 and 13 were my favorites, also the two longest I believe. A lot more elevation change than I expected here, compared to the Original course. The only negatives were that although most of the holes had "Next Tee" signs pointing the way, I got completely lost twice between 6 & 7 and 15 & 16 - I could not see "Next Tee" signs and there were multiple paths going in several directions. I also thought that with many of the fairways running parallel to each other and only a few feet apart, that there was a lot of potential for back-ups during tournament play, I had at least three instances where a bad shot ended up on a different parallel fairway. Otherwise awesome design.

Challenging, fair, and well designed wooded and semi technical course with a variety of holes. Sandy and wood chipped fairways. Just the right amount of fairway trees requiring the shaping of shots. More than one line on the majority of holes. Thoughtful baskets placements with a few that are elevated. I particularly liked the keg elevated basket. The rough is forgiving as far as scrambling and locating discs. Trees line the fairways on both sides. Pretty course. I was surprised that bugs were not a distraction whatsoever in the middle of the summer. Nice elevation on some holes, particularly on hole 13, 567 foot par 4. The course is well maintained with benches on numerous holes. Very nice Chainstar Pro baskets and long cement pads. Next tee signs in the trees take a moment to find but are adequate. No water hazards…. Otherwise an A rating. Congrats to the designers.

Best course I've played in the state. Best signage, tee pads, and course layout with a lot of variance of short/long holes, dogleg left/right, etc, in the woods. Course has Discraft Chainstar Pros. Rough is almost non-existent so there is no worry of losing a disc.

The one improvement the course could use is better direction between holes. The "Next Hole" signs are placed terribly.

Played in July 2020. Course is in fantastic condition with new tee pads, signs, and baskets. Wood chips still coat the fairways making for a very clean look. Course has a fun mix of shot requirements, ... show more ›

Played in July 2020. Course is in fantastic condition with new tee pads, signs, and baskets. Wood chips still coat the fairways making for a very clean look. Course has a fun mix of shot requirements, forehand and backhand, including some wider fairways for big drives and narrow tunnels requiring accuracy. Could be a little confusing at times to find the next tee, but it wasn't too big an issue with UDisc. Really enjoyable course I'd play often if it were in my city.
