This course is amazing and definitely has potential to be the nicest course in the area. It's already the most challenging course, but not in an unfair was. A couple holes are borderline unfair in their current state, but that could definitely be rectified quickly on this amazing course that is very new and still being broken in. If there has been any rain recently, hole 12's teeing area is impossible to navigate without getting wet feet and therefore a big opportunity for course improvement. Bear in mind that I'm writing this in 2024 on a certain day and I'm still giving the course an A- overall. This course has the best tee pads in the region, modern champion level MVP Baskets, and a property diverse enough to have open, wooded, and water carry holes. Prepare to have every skill challenged. For anyone other than high level AM1 or Pro, E is a great score.
