2010 Ace Race - Sunday Sept. 12

The 3rd Annual Montiel Ace Race, sponsored by the San Diego Aces Disc Golf Club and Team Rizbee Productions has been scheduled for Sunday, September 12th. The event will run from 10am to 4pm. There will be no scheduled tee times - players simply need to play 36 holes of tee shots only at their own pace between 10 and 4.

The 3rd Annual Montiel Ace Race, sponsored by the San Diego Aces Disc Golf Club and Team Rizbee Productions has been scheduled for Sunday, September 12th. The event will run from 10am to 4pm. There will be no scheduled tee times - players simply need to play 36 holes of tee shots only at their own pace between 10 and 4.

The player who ends the day with the most aces wins a new golf bag filled with Discraft golf discs. Ask Mike Allee, last year's winner, if he thinks the Ace Race is a great event!

Proceeds from the Ace Race will go towards the San Diego Aces Course Development Fund. The Course Development Fund has helped pay for the new courses at Kit Carson Park and Cal State San Marcos. Help support disc golf in San Diego County by playing in the Ace Race.

A few spots open for Kit Carson Park Grand Opening

A few spots have opened up in this Saturday's Kit Carson Park Grand Opening Tournament. If you are interested in playing, contact TD Ryan Meyer at 760-807-1657 or email at [email redacted].

I saw the player's pack items and 1st place trophies last night, and they are great! Also, keep in mind that the Aces will be raffling off a DGA Mach III Portable Pole Hole at the awards ceremony following the tournament, so that's another great reason to come out.
