September is addiction awareness month so I'm thinking of organizing a Tournament sometime in Sept. (Sat. thee 5th?) to not only raise awareness of the disease of addiction, but also to raise money to donate to either a local treatment center/organization. Or, put the money raised into an account and use it to help those who are new in recovery to get back on their feet.
I'm thinking 1 day, 2 Rounds @ Flat Rocks. $20.00-30.00 Entry Fee, cash CTP, Ace funds, Payout for Top 1/3 of field/Division (Cash). A Disc/Prize CTP, Players Pack (Disc and a Shirt?), Lunch in between rounds. (hot dogs/chili dogs, chips, snacks, cookies, water, soda, pie, etc.).
