Registration for the first event of the 2025 LDGA Sanctioned Series on March 23 at Hinsley is LIVE on Disc Golf Scene:

There is all kinds of information on the series in the 'About' section in the link above, but here are a few things:
— It's only $8 for all amateur divisions to compete at these sanctioned series events. $3 of that entry fee will go into a prize pool for the winners (payout depth will be based on division size) at the end of the series. We'll add a weekly amateur payout and player pack items to select events in Round 2 of the series, but it will be just $8 to start.
— Register for the division that you anticipate playing in throughout the year as points will not transfer if you are forced to move up with your PDGA rating.
— Online registration is STRONGLY encouraged but I will take in-person sign ups (cash only) at minis or doubles over the next two weeks. There will also be a small window for day-of registration.
— You DO NOT have to compete in every event to participate. This is just a way to get some cheap rated rounds throughout the year, including the first rated rounds at Lear, and the Series is just a 'bonus.'

These are PDGA C-Tiers so the non-member fee of $15 is in effect. Currently, we have 10 sanctioned events scheduled in Longview the year so it will more than pay for itself.

2025 LDGA Membership: You can add on your 2025 membership for $20 when registering for this event. We will be experimenting with a 'Digital Tag' system this year and I will post more information about that soon. I'm hoping to kick that off on March 23, but it will depend on how fast the membership items (2025 member tag, stickers, more) arrive.
