After a grueling 7 hours of dropping, chopping and moving...Bertha Brock Disc Golf Course is playable again. A big shout out to Chain-out members Billy Days and Jon Wysong for taking the whole day Sunday to help us out. You guys rock!! There are a few areas on the course that need more attention so a second clean-up is scheduled for Sunday July 24th at 10am.

We are organizing a clean up day for Sessions Lake Disc Golf Course at the Ionia State Park for this Sunday May 15th. We will be meeting at the pavilion by the boat launch at 11:30. I have a list of people that have already volunteered to come out. If you'd like to be apart of making this a great course and want to volunteer some time please reply to this post or pm me directly. We are having a meeting with the head DNR to discuss what needs to be done. I need a list of people so I can get enough liability waivers. No Power Tools!!! Rakes, shovels, pruners, etc, are acceptable. Hope to see you out there!!

We will meet at the picnic table by the practice basket and head out onto the course at 9am. This winter was not friendly to the trees on the course. Any help would be appreciated from cutting up trees to moving sticks.

Robert will be out at the course every Saturday unless noted to work on the course. Anyone willing to help out would be greatly appreciated! Our first tourney will be on May 3rd with leagues starting soon after. Please stop in at the office for a waiver or you may come out to Wright Way and pick one up.
