About
NOVA Women's Disc Golf Club (NWDGC) strives to organize and host informal rounds and sanctioned tournaments to promote camaraderie and friendly competition. Events encourage women's participation, introduce new players to the sport, and create opportunities for women to connect and share experiences.
Tournaments are generally PDGA sanctioned and each year NWDGC aims to host at least one signature women's event and one doubles fundraising event. All events aim to encourage participation from players of all skill levels and ages.
NWDGC assists with women's tournaments throughout the Mid-Atlantic with in-kind contributions, volunteering, promotion, or sponsorship whenever possible.
NWDGC also hosts semi-regular social events to build a community of friendship off the course.
