The charity we are raising money is for mental health and donating the funds to the Canadian Mental Health Association - Calgary. At YMM (You Matter Most), they invite people to shed all unrealistic societal expectations and provide network in a supportive, safe environment. Gives people an opportunity to share their struggles, feelings, emotions, triumphs and growth. YMM strives to create a sense of community and belonging.  A non-judgmental environment where people can come together and redefine their own “normal.” Find comfort being perfectly imperfect and embrace their mental illness so that they can love who they are, just as they are. He has an apparel company called You Matter Most and he donates 25% of each sale to Canadian Mental Health Association - Calgary.

We will also be having an evening event at Schanks where we will announce the winners of the disc golf tournament and enjoy more fun games, raffles and food and drinks.

Come one Come all to this amazing event where we are raising money for an amazing cause. Our goal is to raise $10,000.00 at this event with all proceeds going to the You Are Not Alone Campaign donating to Canadian Mental Health Association - Calgary.
