About this tournament
This is a fundraising tournament to raise money towards the YMCA Camp Kanata Annual Campaign. All proceeds with go directly back into the camp.
The entry fee is $100 for all divisions which we will be accepting through card payments during check-in. We will not be accepting cash or check.
This will be a one day, two round event. Checkin begins at 8:00. We will have a meeting at 9:00 and then a shotgun start at 9:30. There will be an hour lunch break once the last card finished up, and then start the second round after the hour lunch break.
We will be playing a 3 disc only tournament for both rounds. You will be given an Aviar, Roc, and Valkyrie in your choice of weight and color. These will be stamped with a design specific to this tournament. These are the ONLY DISCS you can play with during this tournament. When you check in you will also be given a tournament shirt.
The "family" division is going to be played as an alternating shot team play. You will number your family off and play in that order for the whole day.
If you are looking to join a different division than is available let me know and I will make space for you! The divisions are split up evenly but can be shuffled around as long as we stay below 90 people. There will be five people on each card.
We will be using paper score cards that two people on each card are to keep track of during each round.
