8:00 AM - 8:30 AM: Player Check-in & Welcome
Sign in, warm up, find starting hole assignments.
8:30 AM - 8:45 AM: Player Meeting
Review of rules, course etiquette, OBs, and any special instructions.
Announcements regarding the day's flow.
9:00 AM: Round 1 Start (Shotgun Start)
Players proceed to their assigned starting holes.
Play commences simultaneously.
~12:00 PM - 12:30 PM (Approximate): Round 1 Concludes
Players return/complete scorecards and verify scores.
12:30 PM - 1:30 PM: Lunch Break / Hour Break
Opportunity for players to grab food, hydrate, and relax.
~1:30 PM: Round 2 Start
Players proceed to their new starting holes.
~4:30 PM - 5:00 PM (Approximate): Round 2 Concludes
Players return/complete scorecards and verify scores.
Tournament organizers compile results.
5:00 PM - 5:30 PM (Approximate, once results are finalized): Closing Ceremony & Awards
Announcement of winners for each division.
Presentation of trophies/prizes.

About this tournament
Date: Saturday August 2nd 2025
This will be a 2-round shotgun start tournament with three divisions: Advanced (playing blue tees), Intermediate (playing red tees), and Women's (playing red tees). There will be CTP hole per division and longest putt per division.
