About this tournament

Tournament Layout: There will be two rounds of Long Tee Pads for Open Women/Pro & Advanced (FA1)Women ONLY. There will be two rounds of Short Tee Pads for EVERYONE else, EXCEPT for the Juniors 12 & Under who will play one round of short tee pads. Sorry for the confusion & thank you for your patience. <3

Ace Pool: $2, 50/50 Long Putt - $2, 50/50 CTP $2 - PLUS!! THERE WILL BE PRIZE OPPORTUNITIES ON EVERY HOLE!!! We have had some generous CTP donations from: Tilley's Party Store & Disc Golf in Traverse City, Northwoods Disc Chuckers (located in Traverse City), the Northern Waters Disc Golf Series, Right Brain Brewery, and Dave Maddox from Cadillac! <3 Please, anytime you are north, show these lovely people how much we love their support by supporting their businesses.....more exciting news to follow, we already have a sponsor in the Birdie Zone Sponsorship!!! - the Grand Rapids based club: Grand Rapids Disc Golfers United. Players Packs: WGE Virtual Player's Pack, PLUS an Innova Tournament disc, PLUS other items from JenX Creations!! We have had Right Brain and Tilley's Party Store & Disc Golf donate some extras I'm still waiting for more responses!! <3

Handmade trophies (by JenX Creations) will be presented to first place in divisions with three or more players only, encourage your friends to come on out and fill our divisions!! <3 In Divisions that do not have three by the Wednesday before, there will not be trophies made for those divisions. Please encourage your friends or new friends to play who are not signed up! Women's events are truly a sisterhood & the camaraderie is by far the best tournament experiences I've had! :) <3 Let's get at least three per division!! <3

We may also have video coverage!! I'm still working on the details, but will have more information soon!

Lunch will be provided for all players and their caddies AND volunteers!! - there will be chicken salad (two flavors), lots of healthy fixins (maybe a couple not-so-healthy fixins...haha!), and a vegetable soup (most likely vegan)! Please feel free to bring a dish or dessert to pass! If anyone has any "scary" food allergies, please make suggestions in the comments area, and I will try to accommodate those as much as possible. There will be GF options available! Please leave a comment if you will be bringing a caddy, as I want to make sure no one goes hungry!!!

There will be a Discmania Lite Basket Raffle! Tickets: $1ea., 6 for $5 or 30/$20!!

We have FIVE levels of sponsorship opportunities, please contact me for a full list of these! OMIGOODNESS, I am hoping to list some awesome surprises! If any of you know of a business that would like more information on sponsoring, please message me!!

I am also encouraging all women who own businesses or who are representing a business to come and set up a Fly Mart table during lunch for a small donation of a few items to the tournament instead of an actual "booth fee"! You will need to provide your own tent, tables, chairs, etc.... :) You do not have to be a registered player to participate in the Fly Mart. You are encouraged to set up for the day, but when our participants are competing, they will probably not be shopping ;) Thank you! Please contact me no later than May 5 for your business to be considered!!
