About this tournament

This will be 2 rounds of 18 on December 3rd with shotgun starts.
Player pack will include a custom event stamped disc from Prodigy. Several mold options are available, but inventories are limited to what has been ordered. You will be allowed to choose your desired mold when you register, so early registrants may have more mold options available.
Custom tees will be setup for MA4, FA2, FA3, FA4, and Junior players on some holes to better suit those divisions.
If you get in off the waitlist, you have 48 hours to complete your registration or you will go back on the waitlist and the next waitlist person gets in. If within 24 hours of the event, the TD will try to contact waitlist person via phone, text, and email. If no contact can be made within the hour, the TD will move on to the next person on the waitlist. Waitlist people can show up on the morning of check-in in case someone does not show up. No shows will be filled based on who is present and their position on the waitlist. Anyone not on the waitlist at check-in will get in on a first come, first serve basis after waitlist has been exhausted. Waitlist fees are non-refundable.
Based on the low projected payouts for divisions with $35 entries, I am making these "trophy only" and I will bump up the player packs to a higher amount for these divisions to ensure the overall value remains the same. It just seems silly to make an 6th place MA4 competitor wait around for a $5 payout. This will impact the Ladies, Juniors, and MA4 divisions only. Everyone else will get normal payouts.

Refund policy
Gabe Brown is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Refunds will be given in accordance with PDGA guidelines minus a $7 processing fee.
