    7:00am - 7:00pm

    ***Please take care of yourself in the heat on Saturday. The temps are going to be really high, close to 100 F.
    Please give yourselves enough time to show up, check in, get ready, etc. The quicker and smoother we can makes things happen, the quicker day we can have. Not saying we want to rush anyone, but pace of play and timeliness will be important. Also, 22 holes, two times, is a lot of disc golf and we will have players on 21 of them. Let's get out there and have some fun! DISC GOLF! (these times are subject to change based on the day's events)

    7:30am - 8:30am

    Check In at the Officer's Club across the street from the entrance to Adair Park

    8:30am - 8:45am

    Good time to find starting hole, take a loot at ctp/long putt stuff, check out swag, practice putt, make friends, etc. Tournament Directors will be finalizing any last minute adjustments.

    8:45am - 9:00am

    Players meeting. ALL players need to attend players meeting. We will be answering questions here, going over specifics etc.

    9:00am - 9:10am

    If needed players meeting may extend into this time, if not, off to your starting holes! Every card will need to grab their CTP.

    9:10am - 12:30pm

    Shotgun Start Round 1. There will be a horn for two minute warning, then a double horn to start! Have fun, play disc golf, as soon as you are done. Confirm and submit scores on your walk back to expedite starting lunch timer. When last group gets back, we start a 45min timer.

    12:30pm - 1:30pm

    Timing subject to change due to last group. Catered taco bar lunch at the Officer's Club!
    THERE IS A MANDATORY ALL PLAYER MEETING BEFORE ROUND 2, PLEASE DO NOT TAKE OFF EARLY. Directors will be setting new cards for round 2. We will answer questions at the meeting.

    1:30pm - 1:45pm

    Mandatory players meeting! Directors will check in with players and answer questions about round 1, clarifying anything if needed. ALL PLAYERS MUST ATTEND. New cards will be made for round 2, all cards will grab a CTP OR LONG PUTT FLAG for round 2.

    1:45pm - 1:55pm

    Shotgun start round 2. Don't forget your LONG PUTT or CTP marker!

    1:55pm - 5:00pm

    Play discgolf! Run those long putts! Park those CTPs! When you finish your last hole, grab the long putt or CTP marker, head back to the Officers' Club and confirm and submit your scores.

    5:00pm - 7:00pm

    Wrapping up scoring, updating boards etc. This will be also time for shopping at Play It Again pop up store and checking out Newhouse Dyes discs and any swag you may be interested in. We will announce winners and distribute prizes and such as soon as we are able. We will be breaking things down and departing in a timely fashion.

I am excited to be back for another fun year and host another fun tournament! While I still get my feet under me, this will be a single day, two rounds of 22 hole disc golf at Adair Disc Golf Course!

We welcome players of all calibers to come out and have a great day!

We have some really great packs for you all this year! One MVP disc(Neutron Trail, Eclipse Wave, Neutron Hex, Neutron Tempo), a custom printed tournament t-shirt, and more!

NEW THIS YEAR We will have a fully catered lunch and all day coffee bar ($20 value) provided by Honey Brine hosted at the Officer's Club across the street from the park. The lunch will be a taco bar and will have dairy free, gluten free, and vegan possibilities. We aim to accommodate all dietary needs. Please reach out if you have concerns.

You must have a UDisc account for scoring in this event!!

PLAYERS PACKS WILL BE FOR AM ONLY. Payouts will be adjusted appropriately based off division sizes and whether cash or scrip is paid out. Pros should expect a cash payout only. If a Pro wants a T-Shirt they can be purchased as a an option. Amateur's should expect a player's pack, with script payouts to play it again sports.
