About this tournament

The Wild West Shootout at the Horseshoe Lake Disc Golf Complex and will be a great TWO-day, THREE round disc golf event and will showcase both the Canyon and Lakeside courses. Players will play an exclusive 20-hole layout on the Lakeside course (the permanent course plus two exclusive event only holes (8X, 11B) and the permanent 18-hole layout on the Canyon course. The layouts are a test run for the holes to be used for the 2023 Kitsap Classic and 2023 West Sound Invitational.
The Amateur divisions will receive a commemorative player package and will be competing for trophies (true amateur event). The overall value will be 150%+ of the net Entry Fee.
The Professional divisions will be competing for trophies and cash performance payout (PayPal or Check). The added cash to the Professional divisions is $1500.
NOTE 1: TEE TIMES and SHOTGUN START will be used for the Wild West Shootout. Round 1 tee times and starting hole will be posted THREE days before event day at the PDGA Website for the Wild West Shootout. Players are responsible to know their assigned tee time and starting hole for each round. Round 2 will be sorted by player performance and posted 15 minutes after the divisional rounds are complete.

Pool A – TWO Rounds (Shotgun Start @ 8:30am & 1:15pm) – Lakeside 20 Hole Course (Temporary Holes 8X,11B)
Pool B –TWO Rounds (Shotgun Start @ 8:30am & 1:15pm) – Lakeside 20 Hole ALT Course (Short Tee on Hole 7,13,15) (Temp Holes 8X,11B)
Pool C -- (Tee Times) Canyon 18 Hole Course (3 Alt Tees). Start hole 1
NOTE 2: Entry fee includes Green Fees, PDGA Fees, and Regional Fees for all Amateur and Professional players. The Professional division performance payout is derived from the Professional entry fees plus the added cash minus the authorized pass-through fees. The event pass through fees is $30 per entry.
NOTE 3: Food truck will be available for food purchase on Saturday and Sunday.
NOTE 4: Power Golf Carts will NOT be available for players to use during official event rounds.
NOTE 5: Digital Caddy Book and Tournament Layout will be available to play by September 11th. Several tee area improvements are planned to be completed the week before the tournament.
NOTE 6: Limited tee times for casual disc golf rounds at Horseshoe Lake Golf Course. Call for play availability and tee times (253-857-3326).

NOTE 8: Event camping is available at HLGC (Dry camping), Open Field (back area of driving range) with Porta Potty and NO Potable Water. Cost: $20 per player for the Event (Friday after 4pm to Sunday before 9pm). Check-in at the Pro Shop. Group campfire on Friday and Saturday nights.

Refund policy
REGISTRATION / WAITLIST OFFICIALLY CLOSES & NO ADDITIONS WILL BE MADE AFTER September 19, 2022.
Refund requests received after September 1st will incur a $10 processing fee. Requests within 14 days of the event will only receive a full refund if their spot is filled by September 19th (minus the $10 fee).
If a player's spot is NOT filled by a waitlisted registrant, the Professional or Amateur Registrant will receive a 50% refund of the entry fee. Amateur players have the option of the player package.
