The Wild Rogue Open most certainly lives up to its name. Picture this, a wild and scenic disc golf course tucked in along the mighty “Wild and Scenic’ Rogue River just 14 miles from the ocean. Just pinch me now, am I dreaming? Not at all, this is very much a reality and it’s our honor and privilege to be hosting a PDGA sanctioned disc golf event in this slice of ‘Gold Coast’ majesty.
This weekend long tournament will feature a stunning 18 hole temporary layout within old growth Myrtlewood groves, open meadows, and of course, the rocky banks of the Rogue River. This all sounds well and good, but what about the amenities and other things me and my family can partake in. Well, it just so happens that the course is located within a campground, which contains 43 ‘first come, first serve’ sites.
