***We started with registration for women and then we expanded to invitations for the spouse/family/sons of the women who registered… now we would like to open up a few more spots for local men who would like to play! Keep in mind this tournament is focused on the women who are participating not only locally but nationally and globally! JKDiscs is arranging a drop off for orders on May 26th in gasoline alley, so you will be able to get the disc of your choice, delivered with no shipping costs, and play some great disc golf in Innisfail!!

WildRose Disc Golf is excited to be hosting the first Women’s Global Event in Innisfail, Alberta! The 18 hole course was completed last year and was in peak form for the first tournament on the course last August. It is a fun and challenging course that will have shorter tees for the appropriate divisions. For more course details check out the course listing on UDisc.

The WildRose Women’s Global Event is part of the PDGA’s WGE. Players will compete both locally and globally as women and girls from all over the world participate in events between May 15th and May 25th. Our event, as with many other WGE tournaments, is a great event for new players with the goal of creating a welcoming and fun environment to play some disc golf!
