About this tournament

Welcome to the Inaugural White Tail Run. Technically this is the Grand Opening event, but we hope to create a long-standing tradition and bring you an event at this beautiful property for years to come.
This is a PDGA C Tier Flex Start event, playing 1 round of 18 holes. The Flex Start is from 9-12p.
There will also be a Random Draw doubles taking place around 2:30p (A separate registration will be created for that event)
The first 72 players will receive a Commemorative Disc for the Grand Opening Event.
Food will be available onsite and there will also be drink specials in the winery (they have options besides wine).

$10 Green Fees
$2 PDGA Fees
$18 Payout
All Amateur payouts will be fulfilled with merchandise from FlightPlan Disc Golf and will be available onsite the day of the event or through www.flightplandiscgolf.com. Any credits/payouts earned can be accumulated at FlightPlan events throughout the year, but must used by Dec. 31, 2024.
All Pro Payouts will be done by check or via PayPal Goods and Services (winner pays any associated fees).

Refund policy
FlightPlan Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
Any cancellations prior to May 18 will receive their entry fee back, minus a $10.00 Handling Fee and the DG Scene fee.
All refund requests must be through DG Scene or through the email confirmation you receive upon registration.
