WESTY OPEN WEEKEND (WOW) - Pro / Am B-tier
This is a two day, two round, tee-time event at Westy Acres for Pros and Ams. First round is on Saturday, August 5th and final round on Sunday, August 6th. There will also be a casual random doubles match on Friday August 4th and a glow round is planned for Saturday night. Camping is available for the weekend at Westy Acres. More information is below.

WESTY 20 (Westy 21 without hole 1)
MPO - Blue
MA1 - Round 1 - White, Round 2 - Blue
FPO, MP40, MP50, MA2, MA40, MA50, MA60 - White
FA1 - Round 1 - Red, Round 2 - White
FP40, FP50, FA40, FA50, FA60, FA2, MA3, FA3 - Red
EVENT FEES:
The entry fee for this event varies by division.
From each entry, the following will be deducted:
- $3 to the PDGA
- $5 to bathrooms
- $5 to greens fees which pays for course upkeep
- $3 TD fee donated to support the event
- The remainder of each Pro entry will be applied directly to cost of awards and to the payout for that division.
- The remainder of each Amateur entry will be used to cover the cost of their player pack, division awards and then applied to the payout for that division.
PAYOUTS
$750 added cash.
Pro Payouts: We will payout 40% of the Pro divisions. Payouts will be issued via Paypal or Venmo within 48 hours of completion of the event.
Amateur Payouts: We will payout 45% of the Amateur divisions. All amateur divisions play for merchandise credit at Disc Golf 978.
AWARDS
Awards will be presented on Sunday approximately 15 minutes after last card is in for each division.
There will be trophies for first place in every division that has three (3) or more players.
PLAYERS PACKS
After registration close, all AM players registered will receive a $20 credit to DG978 to pick your own player pack. This can be used towards any purchase at DG978 and is not limited to $20.
Players also have the option to buy a Westy Open Weekend performance tee for $20.
TEE TIMES
Round 1 will be posted before the event after registration closes.
Round 2 will be posted Saturday night.

CHECKIN
All players are expected to arrive at least 30 minutes before the posted tee time. When arriving for your tee time, please go directly to the stage and check in.

FRIDAY NIGHT
On Friday night, August 4th, starting at 5:30PM we will be holding a casual random doubles tournament.
CAMPING
Camping will be available for the weekend at Westy Acres near the Farm 9 layout. A limited number of RV / Van / Trailer sites are available for a $15 donation. Walk-in primitive tent camping sites will be available for a $5 donation. Plan on carrying your gear approximately one holes length to the tent area. There will be a porta-potty available near the camping area.
The camping area has a separate vehicle access from the course and is adjacent to hole 17 of the Westy casual layout. The address will be included in the information emailed to participants.

Refund policy
All refunds will follow the PDGA Policy in 1.03 of the Competition Manual (https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/103). A $10 fee will be assessed to all refund requests as outlined in the PDGA Policy.
