Registration/Sign-in will begin at 9:30 am at the MountainLair Green space.
Flex Start: Can play the course anytime between 10:00 am - 4:00 pm. Once a card of 3-5 players is formed tee-off will commence starting on Hole 1. Last card will go out PROMPTLY right at 4:00 pm.
PRT runs until 5:00 pm, so any cards going out after 3:00 pm will likely need to drive their own vehicles between campuses or take public transportation through the bus system in order to play the full course.

About this tournament
1 round of play
Players will have the chance to play a new course in Morgantown... right on the campus of WVU!!! Yes that's right; we are setting up a temporary 18-hole course that will wind through Downtown, Evansdale, and Health Sciences campuses. Ride the PRT between parts of the course! Get a full experience of the WVU campus while playing disc golf!
Description:
-Non-Sanctioned Fundraiser Tournament
-100% of Funds will go directly back to the club; 50% towards travel & equipment costs, 50% in a separate fund towards the construction of a new course at Mylan Park.
Location & Time
-Registration/Sign-In will be at the Mountainlair Green (Top level outside)
-Flex Start! You can register/sign-in and play anytime between 10 am-4 pm; once there is a card of 3 or more you will be good to go to tee-off!
Entry:
$30 entry fee plus optional purchase of unlimited mulligans ($1 each or 6 for $5)
First 75 entrants to sign-up will get a player’s pack that includes a WVU DGC Custom-Stamped Disc From Trilogy (Dynamic Discs/Latitude 64/Westside), one item from Stanley Tools, a $5 online voucher from Sun King Discs, and FREE ENTRY to our awards ceremony & and raffle dinner catered by Mario's Fishbowl (MUST RSVP by April 16th in order to be guaranteed dinner)
2ND ROUND OPTION: Enjoyed your round and want another shot at the prize packs on a one-of-a-kind course? Players have the option to pay $15 to play a second round on the course; for this round, players get ONE MULLIGAN PER HOLE with the $15 entry fee

One Round Singles Tournament; LOWEST ONE ROUND SCORE counts towards final standings
Awards:
Three Divisions: Gold (Open/Advanced), Blue (Rec/Intermediate), and White (Novice/Junior); possibility for other divisions being added based on preregistration
Awards Ceremony & Raffle will take place at Crosley’s Banquet (catered by Mario’s Fishbowl) following tournament play at 7:00 pm.
We will be selling raffle tickets ($1 for 1, $4 for 5, $7 for 10) both onsite at the tournament and at the dinner for several prizes (Snowshoe Lift Tickets, Mario’s Fishbowl, Apothecary, Stanley Tools, Mainstage, Sun King Discs, Adventure WVU, Pro Performance, Fallout Shelter, Starport Arcade & Pub, Chestnut Brew Works, Mountainburst photography, and more!!!)
Final Prize Packs:
NOTE: Mario's Fishbowl and Sun King Discs gift cards will be added to some or all prize packs, but the number of cards and amount(s) are currently TBD; these will be updated as more information becomes available.
