Refund policy

West Kentucky Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds and cancellations.

There will be no "day-of" registrations unless there are open spots.

7 days or less is 0% refund, 8 to 14 days is 75% refund, 15 days or greater is 100% refund!

With Custom Mini Order if withdraw from Tournament it will be $15 for Mini plus Shipping if needed.

Because of emergencies and COVID, we understand that there are exceptions to the rules.
