Wendell Moore Youth/Women/Masters Invitational, Presented by Bang-A-Chain

About this tournament
The Wendell Moore Youth/Women/Masters tournament is a one round flex start 18 hole C-Tier PDGA sanctioned disc golf tournament at Wendell Moore Disc Golf Course using the shorts layout.
This event is sponsored by Bang-A-Chain (https://bangachain.com/)
The tournament use tee times between 9:00am and 11:30am, you pick your tee time when you register. If multiple people want to play together on the same card, make sure to coordinate with each other before registering.
An Email will be sent 24 hours prior to the event. This will serve the virtual players meeting with rules, Covid-19 guidelines, etc.
Check in at least 10 minutes before your round with the Tournament Director at the registration table near the hole 1 & 3 tees.
DIVISIONS
As the title indicates, only Youth, Women, and Masters Am divisions will be available. Initially only 36 masters registrations will be allowed, reserving 36 spots for the youth / women registrations. If we do not get 36 youth and women registrations, additional masters spots will open up a week or two before the tournament and master players on the waitlist will get in.
Since there is no longer any trophies, any number of players can make a division. The payouts will be adjusted accordingly.
COURSE TEES: All players will play the short tees.
PLAYERS PACK
The players pack will be a $15 gift card at Bang-a-Chain
Note: This was changed from the original custom stamped disc because we did not have enough registrations to do a custom disc run.
TROPHIES
No Trophies. There were not enough registrations to justify it.
PAYOUTS:
There will be a standard amateur payout for the Women's and Master's divisions using the standard PDGA 45% payout tables. The payout will be handled by bang-a-chain, and will be available as an online credit.
CTPs
There will be separate optional $5 CTPs for all Masters, all Women, and all Youth. The prize will be determined by the number of people who opt for a CTP. The CTP prize will simply be the full amount of money contributed to the CTP for the group.
DRAWINGS
There will be drawings for some dynamic discs products TBD. The drawings will take place before the start of the tournament and be available for pick up by the winners with their players pack.
SCORING
PDGA Live scoring will be used for this event. Instructions for accessing and using PDGA Live will be in the players email.

A second scoring will be in effect for all events, normally this will be a 2nd person using PDGA Live Scoring, but UDisc or paper scoring is acceptable as the 2nd score if there is a problem having 2 PDGA live scores.
