About this tournament
The Wendell Moore Spring Classic is a 36-hole C-Tier PDGA sanctioned disc golf tournament. We will play two rounds of 18-holes at Wendell Moore Disc Golf Course.

An Email will be sent 24 hours prior to the event. This will serve the virtual players meeting with rules, OB, Mandos, Covid-19 guidelines, etc.
Registration Schedule:
-Hole Sponsor Registration: Friday, 02/3 at 7:00 pm
-Open Registration: Friday, 3/3 at 7:00 pm
-Registration closes: Thursday 04/27 at 7:00 pm
The AM Cap of 50 will go away on 3/10/2023.
Day of schedule:
-No of official check in. Be ready to tee at 9am.
-Check in between 8-8:45am
-Round 1 starts at 9:00
-There is a one-hour lunch break after the last card comes in.
-Round 2 starts after the lunch break.
DIVISIONS
Must have three players to make a division (except Jrs/Women’s) , if there is not enough registrants for a division, registrants will be asked to move to another division.
There may be more divisions added if there is enough demand
COURSE TEES & LAYOUT (subject to change)
Longs: All Pros, MA1, MA2, MA40
Shorts: FA1-4 MA3, MA4, MA50, Jrs
If a player leaves the event early, 888s, DNFs or doesn't complete the event for other reason they are not eligible for any Side prizes (Ctp, acepot).
Ace Pool $5.00 (Optional). If no ace is hit during either round a 50/50 CTP on hole 1 will determine the ace pool winner. 50% will go to the player and 50% will be donated to the 2024Thaw Out, Throw Down.
There will also be an optional $5 CTP for players:
CTP Hole 1: MA1, MA2, MA40
CTP Hole 3: All MPO/MP40 Pros
CTP Hole 4: MA3, MA4, MA50
CTP Hole 2: FPO 2 longs, FA divisions 2 short.
Waitlist: $5 that will be none refundable. If a player comes off the waitlist it will go to their event balance.
PLAYERS PACK
The first 50 paid/registered Ams will receive a premium stamped disc.
SPONSORSHIPS/EARLY REGISTRATION
18 Hole sponsorships will be available for $20 Each sponsorship includes the right to one early registration for the sponsoree or a designated player.
SCORING
PDGA Live scoring will be used for this event. Instructions for accessing and using PDGA Live will be in the players email.

A second scoring will be in effect for all events. PDGA live or UDisc are the preferred scoring methods, but paper scorecards will be available upon request.
The 2023 MPO winner will get an early invite to register for the 2024 Spring Classic.
PAYOUTS
All Open division payouts will be digital payout. All Amateur payouts will be handled by Bang-a-chain, 45% will be paid out. Bang A Chain will be on site after the 2nd round has been finalized, but will also have an online payout option available.
