Format: Best Shot Doubles
Larry Leonard is well known as one of the greatest disc golfers to ever play in Raleigh and the World. Sadly, he passed away on June 16th of last year but his legacy is strong.
Walt Haney, another Raleigh legend and close friend and playing partner of Larry’s, led the charge on installing a memorial bench in Larry’s name at Cedar Hills. Now, Walt would like to put some of the extra money from Larry’s fund up for grabs!
Larry played countless tournaments but the only one he ever ran was a Bring Your Own Partner doubles event. So in true Double L fashion, we are holding a BYOP doubles event with ADDED CASH and AMAZON GIFT CARDS (another one of Larry’s favorites). Snag a partner and head to the hill for what will be an amazing day.
$60 per team, $45 to payout with added cash for each division.
(7.50 per player towards course rental, lunch)
