Welcome to the 2024 Walnut Open, a PDGA C-Tier event, brought to you by Rock River Disc Golf.
This will be a 2 round event, held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 at Walnut Disc Golf Course, in Walnut Illinois.
This will be a shotgun start event, using the 21 hole current layout. The course has BRAND NEW Chainstar Pro baskets installed!!! Come out and put them to the test!
Pin High Disc Supply will be onsite vending the tournament. All amateur payouts will be done via Pin High Disc Supply vouchers. Vouchers must be used day of.
Trophies for top finisher in each division!
Cash payout for all PRO divisions will be done via PayPal. We currently have $200 added cash to the PRO PURSE! Hoping to grow this more in the weeks to come!
Players pack to include:
Towel
Mini
Event specific bag tag
Rock River sticker
We will be using the pavilion up by the swimming pool this year as tournament central. The other one is being used by another group that day. Please do not park by the lower pavilion. A parking map will be attached to show where to park for the event. Signs will also be posted day of to help as well.
Optional lunch will be available at the swimming pool concession stand, Provided by Walnut Park District. Hot dog, chips and water. Please help support those who support us.
Course layout coming in the following days.
Don't see a division you want to play in, reach out and we can offer it. However, 3 people must be registered to a division or you will be required to move to a division with 3 or more players.
