Orientation and Safety Meeting (MEET AT THE PARKING LOT)
8:10am - 12:00pm
WE WILL CONTINUE TO WORK ON THE HOLES BELOW THE ENTRANCE ROAD. SEE MAP. Holes 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 11, and 14.
12:00pm - 1:00pm
We will stop close to Noon for a Lunch Break. The club will bring ice water and other drinks, a BBQ grill, hotdogs and chips.
1:00pm - 3:00pm
We will either continue working or play disc golf!

Join your fellow disc golfers and help us complete the first public disc golf course on Oahu!
LET'S GO!!!
WHAT TO BRING!
1. Gloves
2. Mosquito Repellent - those buggahs are fierce up there!
3. PLENTY OF COLD WATER
4. Lunch (*we plan to bbq hotdogs and hamburgers)....
5. Tools if you have any of the following it will help. What we need (several hand loopers, 2-3 chainsaws, hand saws, hard rakes, and shovels)
6. YOUR DISCS - We will prob play a few of the new holes after lunch if were still standing :-)
WHAT TO WEAR!
1. Volunteers should wear appropriate clothing such as covered shoes, protective clothing, gloves, and eye protection (if you will be operating a chain saw).
2. Head protection (hat) and sunscreen should be worn as protection from the sun.
Golf Central for this workday will be located at the Pavilion closest to the parking lotd, near hole 18.
For those interested we may also do a course walkthrough.
ALL VOLUNTEERS MUST SIGN A RELEASE OF LIABILITY WAIVER PRIOR TO DOING ANY VOLUNTEER WORK AT HILA!!!
AFTER YOU REGISTER YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL WITH THE LINK TO COMPLETE THE WAIVER FORM.
YOU ONLY NEED TO SIGN THE WAIVER FORM ONCE FOR THE ENTIRE YEAR, SO JULY 1, 2024, THROUGH JULY 1, 2025.
