About this tournament

Ladies of Central Oregon - There's still time for you to join us for the Honey Huck Women's Global Event next Sunday, May 9!

Since this event is a flex start format, we won't be having a players meeting so I want to go over a few things here.

First off, I know this is a first time event for many of you - how exciting!? Make sure you bring a refillable water bottle as we will have water jugs on the course to refill. Also, make sure to bring a towel and a disc golf mini marker (we will have some available at Tournament Central, if you need one.) I would also recommend snacks for your bag, sunscreen, and lip balm - it's going to be a long, fun day so be prepared!

Once you arrive, please check in that morning by going to the kiosk near hole 1. Tournament central will be set up underneath the Bevel Craft Brewing tent. Nate will be there to check you for your first round between 10am- noon. Since we are a small group, plan to be there before noon so you can get your rounds in and have others to play with. Once we find a group of 3 or 4 players for you to play with you will start your round on hole 1.

We will be having scorekeepers to go out with each group. They will be recording your scores as you play. They are there for support and help answer any questions but your group should make any final rules calls.

Everyone will start on hole 1. We will be playing 4 rounds of 9 holes to the BLUE baskets with the red flags designated on top.

It's recommended to play 18 holes in a row before taking a lunch break. Playing two rounds of 9 holes in a row gives you a chance to get warmed up and a little more settled in. A quick bathroom break is OK (A Port-a-potty is located by the brick building)

After you have played 18 holes, it is your responsibility to total your score and ensure it is correct with the scorekeeper. You can keep track of your own score by using the UDisc app but the paper scorecard will be official scorecard - so make sure it's correct! (A 2 stroke penalty is added to your correct score if you happen to turn in the wrong score.) After scores are approved by your entire group, the scorekeeper will turn in the scores to Tournament Central while you take a lunch break!

Lunch will be provided by Nik'Snacks. He will be cooking up hamburgers, bratwurst, veggie burgers and a few side dishes too. Donations are welcome!

We recommend not taking more than an hour for lunch. When you're ready to play your next round of 18 holes, check in with tournament central to get a group together plus a scorekeeper. Head to hole 1 and crush it!

After your round double-check your scores with the scorekeeper and again they'll turn in the scores to Tournament Central.

Course Out of Bounds Rules:
-The walking path is OB. If your disc lands on or over path you are OB.
-If you throw over the fence and into the dog park you are OB.

How to mark your lie after going OB: Mark your spot with your mini where your group thinks you were last in bounds. Give yourself 1 meter relief from the OB line. You will add one stroke penalty to your score for going OB.

The 2 meter rule is NOT in effect.
If your disc lands in a tree locate your disc, put you mini on the ground below your disc, then retrieve your disc from tree.

Protect our plants:
If your disc lands in a plant/bush and putting your foot in will cause damage to the plant, take relief directly behind your disc and in line with the basket by placing your mini down and play from there.

ACE Pot
If you were in the ace pot and no one hits an ace during the day, we will have a CTP contest after the two rounds are complete. Half of the money will go to the winner and the other half to the Bend Humane Society.

throughout the WGE social media pages. You will also be contacted to claim a trophy and additional prizes. How cool is that??

I can't wait to see everyone out on the course supporting Women playing disc golf!
