About this tournament

Our fundraising Glow round is scheduled for Sat 10/8 at Anson B. Nixon Park. We park and meet at the soccer fields. Further details could be added and/or subject to change so please make sure to check back for updates.

2. LAYOUT
Playing Par 57 Red tees to B baskets in order to provide a better opportunity for all players.
3. TEAMS
There are 2 divisions and each will be paid out separately based on the # of players in each. You MUST specify at the time of payment which division you are registering for.
----Div 1 - Female/Mixed (BYOP) - Female players bring their own partner which can be female or male. Male players are not pulled from Division 2 to play Division 1.
----Div 2 - Male Random Draw - Male players not already teamed w/ female players, teamed up 100% randomly.
***UDISC - Check-in to the UDisc event upon arrival. You can create a free account by downloading the free app. If you don't have the UDisc app, you must mention it when you first arrive for help to create a free account for you.
4. FEES PER PERSON (No refunds unless event date is changed)
----$25 total to play. If you're playing, you're in for everything; the CTPs & the $100 Ace pot.
5. PAYMENT
Digital payments must be paid using correct memo or it will be returned. Fees to register must be in before 8pm Thurs 10/6 or you cannot play as the groups will have been selected already. Venmo, PayPal, Cash, Credit/Debit card accepted for payment.
6. PLACEMENT EARNINGS
Everyone gets 10% off all Kastaplast glow discs available from "YLS Disc Golf" Facebook Page until 8pm Wed 10/5 bit.ly/3dvopNS, a microfiber towel, the CTPs, and the $100 Ace pool.
----Since this event is for Club fundraising it’s not a 100% payout. $15 of the fee goes toward Div 1 & 2 separate payouts, $5 goes to the Club for expenses for this event and future projects, $5 goes toward the CTP prizes & $100 Ace pool.
7. CTP (closest to pin)
There will be 1 All-Play $25 CTP for H12, 2 Female Only CTPs H2 & H18, 2 Male Only CTPs H5 & H9.
----The Female & Male CTP prizes will be Kastaplast (YLS Disc Golf) and other current brands of discs/gear.
----CTP prizes will be pre-designated for each Hole. If you leave without collecting your CTP prize, you forfeit your prize. If you earn something that you don't want it's up to you to trade, sell, or give to someone else.
8. WHO CAN PLAY
We welcome all players for most events, however, if you're brand new to playing this event is probably not the best for you due to it being pitch black and many obstacles.
----The best attempt is made to fulfill requests for certain players to be in the same group after team selection.
9. HOW TO GLOW LIKE RUDOLPH
You must supply your own discs to play with, and whatever you want to use to make them glow if you do not already have glow discs. You need a UV flashlight to activate the glow tape or your glow discs.
----DO NOT use typical "white light" flashlight/cell phone light as they disrupt everyone's natural night vision. Instead, please use "red light" flashlights for navigation.
10. DONATION/FUNDING INFO
Donations are always needed as we fund the projects at Anson B. Nixon Park & Thornbury Park as well as weekly maintenance for both courses other than the large field cutting. Anson B. Nixon Park course is maintained and 100% funded by us through weekly & specialty events. It's a private park that receives $0 from taxes like other parks, and we receive $0 from them.
Thornbury Park course is a joint effort between us and Thornbury Township Delaware County.
11. LEGALS
Every single person present after the typical Park closing will need to sign the 2 standard liability waivers which will be provided onsite.
