The Beaver State Fling is just around the corner, and we need your help to make this a standout event! We're looking for volunteers—especially spotters—to keep things running smoothly on the course during the event.


Come on the days you're available!
Check-in: 8:30am–11:00am at Tournament Central (next to Lot A)
Feel free to show up earlier or later based on your availability, just let us know when we can count on seeing you. First card tees off at 8:00am

Please let us know your availability in the "comments" section when you sign up. We need help for:
Thursday set-up
Friday morning, Friday afternoon
Saturday morning, Saturday afternoon
Sunday morning, Sunday afternoon
Monday breakdown/cleanup


What to Bring:

Plenty of water and snacks, a chair or stool, sunscreen, and a big smile!


Couple of notes:
Free lunch and some fun swag provided to all volunteers

Volunteers will need to pay the State Park day use fee if you do not have an Annual Pass.
