7:00am****EVENT POSTPONED****

Due to the corona virus our tournaments has been postponed to October 31st, 2020.

Player, volunteer, food service, spectator, film crew safety is our first priority. This is the reason for the postponement.

The decision to postpone was a difficult one and several factors were considered. We understand that with the new date there are NEFA points to be considered. I will be working with Bob Kulchuk on how to apply points. We understand that the new date may coincide with team challange events, we hope this gives organizers enough time to reschedule these team events. Lastly, we understand that players and groups have made investments in places to stay while at our tournament. Our rescheduled date, October 31st weekend, will hopefully give players an opportunity to reschedule without loosing deposits, fees, etc..
(The new date is also considered off-season on MV.)

Note: If you requested and received a refund already, you will be aloud to re register. I will be working with these players on a one on one basis. If you requested a refund and now would like to stay in for the October date, please let us know.

Please direct all questions directly to me or Sean Patrick,
Thank you for your patience and understanding,

Jake Gifford - co - TD

Please be advised we are taking precautions at our event and following the advise of PDGA and CDC: https://www.pdga.com/announcements/pdga-guidance-regarding-covid-19-novel-coronavirus
