When making the trip on the day of the event ,we recommend the 7am departure from woods hole to leave enough time to get to course before players meeting.

730-830 am Registration;
Pro's sign in by signing agreement form and recieve your free Dynamic Disc Tee shirt .
Am's sign in by signing agreement form and recieve players pack (tournament disc ,hat,towel,Dynamic disc Tee shirt and misc.fun stuff )

This also will be last chance to enter Ace pot ; $3 entry fee for a chance to win atleast $250 by getting a hole in one during your 2 rounds .
If no ace ,we will have a 1 disc throw off. Awarding 1st 2nd and 3rd closest to the basket.

All Pro's and Am1s will play our Blue course first Red course after lunch break.
All other Amateur players will play Red course first White course after lunch break.

If you need to change divisions please do so as soon as possible, we will not be able to change your division day of due to an unprecedented number of professional competitors , thank you all who registered we had a record sell out in just about 20 hours ,thank you all for such great feedback and support. We cant wait to see you all .

Lastly there will be a $5 random doubles on Friday at 430 pm . meet in parking lot before then to match up with your partner.

Riverhead Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancelation ,Withdrawals and Refunds
A. Players must email or phone thier withdrawals to the Tournament Director only at the contact information posted for the tournament. Discussions with persons other than the tournament director, including other tournament staff ,shall not be considered offical .
B. Players who officially request to withdraw from an event at least 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund (minus $10 handling fee).
C. Players who officially request to withdraw from an event 15 to 29 days before
the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund minus $10 handling fee only if their spot in the tournament is filled through either the waitlist or walk up entry . If the player's spot is not filled,the TD has the choice to provide either a 50%cash refund or just the player's pack the player would received if they had attended minus cost of shipping. Pro's will receive 50 % of entry fee.
D. Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 14 days of the start of the event and prior to the events published closure of registration will recieve 25% of entry fee or players pack only. Pro's will receive 25 % cash refund .
E. Players who do not officially request withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event prior to the published closure of registration and don't play (a.k.a. no show)forfiet their entry fee ,no players pack no refund
