Following in the footsteps of the Trilogy Challenge, Veterans for Vets is an event designed to meet three goals. First, it gives disc golfers a chance to play in an organized event during the winter months. Second, it provides an awesome environment for a disc golfer without any tournament experience to play in an organized event. Finally, it provides an opportunity for a local disc golf community to raise money that gets returned to that same community to organizations tasked with serving veterans!

The benefactor for this tournament will be Project Lifting Spirits (PLS). This is a local non profit located in Augusta GA. They provide direct support to Active Duty and Veterans and their families locally and abroad. From Fort Gordon to the VA and the Georgia War Veterans Hospital to Servicemen and Women deployed overseas, PLS provides personal care items, clothes, games, food/drink, cards, Christmas presents, care packages, handwritten cards of support and encouragement and even goes the extra mile to families in need.

FORMAT: Bring your own partner DOUBLES. This is a 1 round non-sanctioned tournament.

The first 2 waitlist teams will be invited as stand-by the day of the event. If a player or team does not show up, you will be eligible to play. If all teams are present I will.add a ghost card to the course.

REGISTRATION:

Cost is $30 per person, $60 per team. *Prices were raised by DD by $5 from last year.
To simplify the registration process please register both players on your team at the same time. If registering separately, you must ensure the team name is spelled correctly.

Scoring:

Udisc will be used to track all scores this year.

Trophies: Dynamic Discs DYEMAX minis for 1, 2 and 3 place.

Players Packs:
Each player will receive 2 discs (one baseline putter and one premium midrange/driver). This year Dynamic Discs will send a variety of discs and colors for the player packs. I have ordered 72 so there will be a nice variety to choose from at check in.

CTP: $5

ACE: $5 This will be a 50/50 ace pot. If an ACE is hit you will receive half of the ACE Pot. If no ACE is hit the pot will be donated to the cause.

Jesse Cheadle is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
Players who withdraw will receive 100% of their registration and side action less transaction fees AND forfeit the players pack.
Players who fill in or are assigned to a team will receive the players pack after paying the registration fee of $30.
