This is a NON SANCTIONED best shot DOUBLES event.

For the Women's Divisions, you may have two women play together or you may mix a male and a female.

The first 50 players will each receive 2 discs for registering, a base plastic putter (Warden, Judge, or Pure), and a premium plastic Driver/Approach disc (Sheriff, Sapphire, or Harp).

We will play 1 Round of 27 holes, the 9 hole short Blue layout at the Lion's Den and across the street and play the 18 hole Marion Disc Golf Course. Bathrooms will be available inside the Lion's Club main building.

Unsure of which division to enter? Adv/Pro is for seasoned disc golfers who usually compete in Rec (MA3) or higher divisions, Novice is for beginners, and the Veterans division is for those currently serving or prior service members of any skill level. (Only one team member needs to have been a service member to compete in this division). This is a trophy only event with trophies provided by Dynamic Discs. This event is about raising money for the local veterans organization (American Legion Post 217).

Following in the footsteps of the Trilogy Challenge, Veterans for Vets is a new event designed to meet three goals. First, it gives disc golfers a chance to play in an organized event during the winter months. Second, it provides an awesome environment for a disc golfer without any tournament experience to play in an organized event. Finally, it provides an opportunity for a local disc golf community to raise money that gets returned to that same community to organizations tasked with serving veterans!

We will be selling raffle tickets on site day of. Multiple items being donated to be raffled off. Will update list in comments section as they arrive. Tickets will be 1 for $5, 3 for $10 and 8 for $20 and 20 for $50.
