This event will be benefitting the Homeless Veterans Service of Dallas for the second year. Together we raised $2,500 for this very worthy organization last year—let’s beat that!

Tournament format will be a flex-start this year. Cards can tee off with 3-5 players, which may be mixed divisions. All divisions will play from the concrete tee pads.

Optional ace pot will be $5, and must be entered into at the time you check in for the day. Cash entries are preferred but PayPal and Venmo will be accepted.

Hole 13 will have a CTP prize, sponsored by William Morris in honor of his recently departed service dog of 14 years.

Player packs will be available for pick up beginning 8:30 on the day of the event. Advanced registration is encouraged to ensure we order enough players’ packs for all participants. All packs will be ordered two weeks before the event. Extra packs will be ordered in anticipation of registrations after the order is placed and walk-on players. While we will attempt to order packs after the tournament for any players who did not receive one, we cannot guarantee DD will have inventory to support such orders. Please register early!

Players’ pack offerings will be a bit different this year in that we will not know exactly what we are getting until we get it. Basically, with the ongoing difficulty of getting and maintaining inventory, DD is guaranteeing each player a putter and a midrange or driver in their pack, but we cannot order a specific quantity of specific discs. We will be doing another raffle this year for even more great prizes. We are still soliciting donations for the raffle, so this list will be updated periodically

As with last year, tickets will be $5 each or 5 for $20. Drawings will begin at approximately 4:00 pm on the day of the tournament. All winners will be immediately contact when their ticket is drawn. By participating in the raffle, you agree to to following rules and limitations.

Each ticket will only be eligible to win one time. You do not have to be present to win. Any winners not present at the time of drawing will be contacted by phone to claim their prize. If the phone number on the winning ticket is not legible, another ticket will be drawn for that prize. All non-winning tickets will be retained until all prizes have been claimed. If no contact has been made with a prize winner within 7 days of the drawing, a new winning ticket will be drawn for that prize. If any prize winner has not claimed his or her prize by taking physical possession of it within 30 days of the drawing, a new ticket will be drawn for that prize. No prizes carry any warranty, expressed or implied, other than those expressed in writing by the person or entity that donated the item for the raffle. No refunds available on purchase of raffle tickets.
