Check-in at tent near teepad #1. All players must check-in at the tent in-person, as well as on the UDisc app.
1:15pm - 1:30pm
Player meeting at check-in tent. Brief overview of team event rules, then teams will be directed to starting holes for shotgun start of 18-hole team round.
1:30pm - 3:30pm
Shotgun start for 18-hole team round.
3:30pm - 3:45pm
Players meeting at check-in tent. Brief overview of singles event rules, then singles players will be directed to starting holes for shotgun start of 9-hole singles round.
3:45pm - 5:00pm
Shotgun start of 9-hole singles round. All players will play the Front 9 layout.
5:00pm - 5:15pm
Team scores finalized, and trophy presentation.
About this tournament

This is the first officially sanctioned event in VIDGA history, as well as the first officially sanctioned interscholastic disc golf competition between two or more public schools in Virginia disc golf history!
All VIDGA events will follow the College Disc Golf team scoring format found at https://collegediscgolf.com/rules/ with the exception that only the TOP 3 scores for the singles round from each team will be averaged together and rounded to the nearest whole number to determine each team's score from the singles round.
Registration for this event is restricted to members of the disc golf clubs at Fluvanna County High School, Goochland County High School, and Trinity Episcopal School. Registrants not associated with these clubs will be removed from registration.

Refund policy
There is no registration fee for this event. PDGA and DGS event fees are being covered by Joe Crisp, VIDGA, and the Flying Flucos Disc Golf Club. Therefore, there are no refunds! You're welcome! :)
