18 Hole Pro/AM Doubles Skins Match during the Top of the Pines event on Friday, 8/12/22, at 9:30 AM.
The format will be alternate shot doubles and the Pros will be teamed up with the highest bidding Amateur players. The $ per Skin is to be determined by the money raised for this event. Last year, we gave away $3,000 in Skins and side games!
AMATEUR PLAYERS: here is your chance to get into the event and play with the Pros! All players with a PDGA rating of 940 or below are welcome to bid.
Amateur players need to bid to get into this skins match. To bid, click on the Register Now button and follow the instructions. The Top 5 bids for AM’s spots will get into the event and the money raised will go to the Skins Payout (we will only be collecting money at the end from the Top 5 Bidders). Each day, we will post up the top 5 bids in the comments section of this event and on our Facebook Page. You are allowed to bid multiple times if you like and your bid is binding. The top bid will get 1st choice of the Pro that you want to team up with, 2nd highest bid will get 2nd choice and so on.
Bidding ends on Monday, 8/8/22, at 8:00 PM AZ Time and we will announce the winners on Tuesday, 8/9/22. In the event of a bid tie, the winner will be the one who placed their bid first.
There will be post production video coverage of this Skins Match that will be featured on YouTube. The Pros that will be competing in this event:

Sponsorship Opportunities:
Birdie: $50 - Tee sign on the course.
Ace: $100 - Tee sign on the course and announcement of your sponsorship during the event. Also, your logo will be displayed in the post production video coverage.
Skins:
- Each hole played is worth a predetermined amount, referred to as a “skin”.
- On each hole, the team with the lowest score wins the skin for the hole.
- In the event of a tie for lowest score on the hole, the skin is carried over to the next hole. In the event of multiple ties in a row, all skins continue to carry over. For example, if five holes in a row are tied, the next hole would be worth six skins.
- Alternate shot: Am’s tee off on odd holes and Pros tee off on even holes. Alternate shots until you hole out or the skin is decided.
- In the event of Skins still being in play at the end of 18 holes, there will be a sudden death payoff loop on holes 16-18 until decided.
