2023 UFOS Halloween Bash Disc Golf Tournament and Chili Cook Off
Join us for an exciting halloween themed disc golf tournament at Rosa Park and the first ever UFOS Chili Cook Off hosted at Iron Ox Brewery.
Youll have to register twice to be in the Disc Golf Tournament and a contestant in the Chili Cook off as disc golf scene does not all for multiple divisions.
Disc Golf Tournament
- A unique halloween themed disc golf tournament
- Two shotgun rounds to choose from. 8am and 11am. Pick time and starting tee at registration.
- A Final 9 round to follow starting at 3:30pm for divisions with 3 or more participants..
Final 9 Players must check in at tournament central prior to the final round at 3pm. If you do not check in, you will not be eligible for the final 9. Final players and starting locations will be announced at this time.
Player packs and trophies for ALL divisions.
Players Packs include the following but are not limited to:
- Custom tie-dyed disc golf towel by Mark Miller (https://www.facebook.com/marksLocolizards).
- One free drink at Iron Ox Brewing.
- $5 gift certificate to Infinite discs
Custom tournament stamp discs and apparel can be purchased for an additional charge. Artwork done by local artist NIcky London (https://www.instagram.com/nicky_london/).
Extra stock will be available at the brewery the day of the event. Sizes and quantities are limited.
UDISC ACCOUNT REQUIRED FOR ALL TOURNAMENT PARTICIPANTS
Scoring will be kept on udisc and will be the final determination for the final results. This will work like a weekly event. Select Events from the UDISC menu and check into the HALLOWEEN BASH event to get started.
Players will be responsible for checking in and creating a scorecard for the card they are playing with and validating scores at the end of the round.
Tiebreakers are decided by most birdies, least bogies. If in the event those are the same, a playoff of one or more holes will take place. Or can be decided by a mutual acceptance of all parties involved.
Entry to the disc golf tournament does not include eating and judging in the chili cook off. If you want to eat its an extra $5.
Tournament Central and Chili Cook Off at Iron Ox Brewing starting at 12pm.
The UFOS Store will be up and running along with a few other disc golf stores.
Hidden prizes, hot round, challenges, and other giveaways. More to be announced closer to the event.
Challenges (more to be announced):
- Themed challenges on the disc golf course to be announced closer to the event.
- Best carved pumpkin. Must be submitted at tournament central the day of the event before 3pm.
- Best costume contest. Costume to be worn during the chili cook off, starting at 2pm.
- Putting challenges at the brewery
Raffle:

- 10 tickets for $10
- 25 tickets for $20
- 60 tickets for $50
- 150 tickets for $100

Chili Cook Off Competition
Test your taste buds against the boldest, spiciest, and most creatively crafted chilis in town. Will your favorite become the reigning champion of the haunted greens?
Cook off registration: All tickets include a judging ballot, chili tasting, and brewery games!
Chili Cook Off Contestants:
- Entry to the chili competition chance to win $350 - $30.
Participant tickets (Includes feasting on chili and judging ballot:
- General Entry: $10
- 21 and Under: $5
- 12 and Under: $5
- Disc Golf Tournament Registrants: $5

Judging:
- All patrons will be given one voting ballot for best chili, best costume, and pumpkin carving. To be submitted to the Chili Cook off Event Director by 4:30pm.
Awards for the tournament, best chili, costume, carved pumpkin, and other categories to be announced at the event ceremonies after the events around 5:30pm. Trophies and cash prizes to be distributed at this time.
