Tyler Tee Times

No day of players meeting or awards ceremony.

A tee time two round tournament playing all 36 holes of Tyler State Park DGC. East first the a break then West. Once you finish the first round you are required to take a 40-45 minute break for lunch, then proceed to hole 19 for the start of your 2nd round. You will play with the same people both rounds.

Red, Green & Purple play all short tees (A tee on hole 2)
White, Blue & Gold play all long tees (B tee on hole 2)
Baskets positions 1B, 2, 3C, 4C, 5B, 6C, 7A, 8B, 9B, 10A, 11B, 12C, 13B, 14C, 15C, 16A, 17B, 18A, 19B, 20B, 21A, 22B, 23B, 24C, 25C, 16A, 27A, 28A, 29A, 30A, 31C, 32C, 33C, 34C, 35B, 36B

Player cap of 96 players with tee times every 10 minutes with 4 people per card.

Players pack for all amateur divisions is a disc of choice valued under $20 as well as a $10 item. Some $10 choices include Towel, Plastic Water Bottle, Towch, Sunglasses, Discraft Backpack, B.S. Bull Scorecard Holder, B.S. Bull 16oz Pint
Players pack must be claimed before you start your first round.

If you miss your tee time it's par+3 for each hole you miss. Be on time.

Bring your own water and plenty of it.

Parking: Thank you to those who stated they will not be parking in the main lot by holes 1 and 19. If you have a later tee time the main parking lot may be full and you may be force to park in a different parking lot, plan for the extra time to walk to hole 1.

Scoring via PDGA app, one person keep score. Also one person also keeps score on paper as a backup.

Awards: Gold division (RPA) will be paid out via paypal
All other divisions will receive a script card for the top ~40% of each division that we will get to you to use at a future event where the BS Bochantin Upshot store is set up.
We may have a trophy for the winner of each division.


COVID-19: Follow all current CDC and PDGA guidelines.

No congregating around the TD area.

Don't touch anybody or their stuff, make sure the other players clear their disc out of the basket before you putt.
Have a mask with you at all times just in case needed, wear a mask if unable to stay away from others (6 feet).
When taking your players pack or just browsing the store, before you touch anything use hand sanitizer.
If another person on your card fells you are too close it will be treated as a courteous violation with only one warning.

The BS Bochantin Upshot store will be open all day at Tyler State Park for the event.
Store accepts paypal or venmo which is preferred, cash will be accepted if needed.
Use hand sanitizer.

No special rules in effect. No two meter rule, no island rule, etc. All standard PDGA rules.

Tyler State Park DGC has some OB (Out of Bounds).
Tall grass/ob line on holes 1, 16, 17, 31, 34, & 36
Parking lot/Road and across on holes 1,2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 11, 12, 14, 15, 18, 19, 24, 25, 27, 28, 33, & 34
River/Water on holes 4, 7, 8, & 15
Mando on holes 6, 14, 18, 27
For any of the above OB your get a one stroke penalty and throw your next shot from any one of the following of your choice:
1) Throw from the same spot you just threw from aka Re-Tee
2) Throw from the last place where the disc was in bounds
3) Throw from a drop zone (if one is provided).
Course has drop zones on holes 6, 14, 18, & 27
