About this tournament

AT THE RANCH, RENO

BRING A CAN OF FOOD FOR THE NEVADA FOOD BANK and get one raffle ticket for each can for a special separate DONOR raffle for artist signed stretched canvas prints of the digitally painted version of the tournament art. This will be the ONLY way to win one of these pieces of art, so bring a can or 2 or more! The regular big bag raffle is a separate event.

Event will be 2 rounds of 19 holes each (shot gun start). Please be aware of the following rules, there ARE COVID RESTRICTIONS:

• No CADDIES / SPECTATORS. Caddies/ friends/ family ARE NOT allowed on the course during the round

• MASKS MUST BE WORN on the way to and from and while in the tournament check in area, and at all times at tournament central - this is a no warning instant DQ if requirement is failed to be met

• There is absolutely no smoking (of anything including vapes) or drinking of alcohol during the round. Anyone deemed to be under the influence during the round as a result of these actions before the round will be removed from the event

Practice MUST BE LIMITED TO the basket closest to your starting hole. Practice basket is CLOSED unless you are starting on the hole closest to that basket.

• If feeling ill, running a temperature or displaying any symptoms of infection from the COVID 19 virus, participants agree to notify the tournament director and withdrawal ASAP from the event prior to arriving for my scheduled tee time. Any such withdrawal will be entitled to a refund of entry (minus any DG Scene processing fees which are non refundable)

• Participants agree to maintain 6 feet OR MORE between themselves and other participants

• Participants agree NOT handle any other participants equipment at any time

• Participants agree to avoid physical contact as best I can with the baskets

• Participants agree to watch the digital player meeting video once made available and ask any questions I may have prior to arriving at the event

• Participants must read and agree to the waiver in it's entirety when signing up for the event

AMS: This event is structured as a PDGA "True Am Experience". PDGA has been
strongly suggesting this format to TDs for a few years now,. COVID safety measures to get our event approved by local government to operate made this the best way to operate. WHAT THIS MEANS is that the players packs are larger- exceeding the value of the buy in (by quite a bit)- and ams just play for trophies (which will be picked up by division winners immediately after divisions complete their rounds).

PRO Payouts will be sent via paypal, trophies will be picked up after the final round

Refund policy

Skot Meyer is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
