About this tournament
This is a one round, week day 3 lap = 27 hole PDGA C Tier shoot out at the Wedge!
Competitors will choose either a 10am morning start tee time or 2pm evening start tee time. SPACE IS LIMITED FOR EACH TEE TIME so sign up quick to get your spot!
CARD REQUEST: No promise is made or implied that you will be guaranteed your card request. Card/ Group requests MUST be made in the notes of my initial registration and the other people I name as card mates must have previously agreed with a MAXIMUM of 5 players per group. IT MAY BE NECESSARY TO SPLIT YOUR GROUP BASED ON THE NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS- in that instance, we will randomly split your group keeping some together on 1 card and some together on another. If you have a grouping request YOU MUST have verified your group BEFORE registering - UP TO 5 PLAYERS PER GROUP for morning round and your request must be included in the notes of your registration. If we receive conflicting requests (like 6 people playing to be in your group) all the requests for that group will be thrown out. Otherwise groups will be randomly assigned Monday night.
THIS IS A LOW COST 1 ROUND PDGA C TIER EVENT
As such, there will be NO TROPHIES and NO PLAYERS PACKS.
This event does NOT close the course to outside play.
FEES
$4 - $5 per player goes to PDGA Fees ($3 per player, then we all split the $50 event registration fee - so if more players sign up, less per player comes out of the fees). THE REST OF THE FUNDS GO straight TO PAYOUTS.
PAYOUTS
Pros will be paid via PayPal within 48 hours to the email address used to sign up. Ams will be paid out in Disc Giant Script.
MIMIMUM PRO DIVISIONS
A Pro Division MUST HAVE a minimum of 3 participants to qualify as a division and receive payouts. If you sugn up for a division that does not have 3 players by the time registration closes, we will move you to the next closest division (example, if Pierre is the only sign up for MP50 and there are 3 people in MP40, Pierre will be moved to MP40. EXCEPTION MADE FOR WOMENS DIVISIONS.

Refund policy
Skot Meyer is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Must request refund by the time registration closes. No refunds will be issued for any request received after close of registration.
