Two rounds at La Barrier Park using the three Trilogy Discs provided in your player's pack. All other discs are not allowed. This tournament will feature some added, removed, and alternate holes.

Recreational & Junior will play two rounds of Short Tees.
Intermediate will play one round of Short Tees followed by one round of Long tees.
Advanced will play two rounds of Long Tees.

The tournament is being run not to make any sort of profit. All excess funds are directly being put back into additional prizing. If we have 50 people, the worst case scenario is $200 additional funding for prizes. The best case scenario which is likely to happen is anywhere from $600-$1000 in prizing (per 50 people.) The more people who sign up, the better the prizing will be. Additional prizing will not just go to the top players but will also be used for CTP's (Closest to the Pin), Aces, a Skills Competition of sorts, and Random Draw.

(This statement is subject to change due to Covid restrictions at the time)
Masks must be worn while picking up the discs before the tournament, when interacting with others closer than 6 feet, and during the awards ceremony. Masks will not be required during the rounds provided you are at least 6 feet away from other players.
If you would feel more comfortable playing with you and other card-mates wearing a mask, please add a comment to your registration stating so. We are able to make specific cards where masks must be worn during the round with people who also want a mask wearing round.

Scoring will take place through Udisc and the tournament will follow most PDGA rules. However, this is not a PDGA sanctioned tournament.

La Barriere Park will be incredibly busy this day due to Canada Day taking place on Thursday so hole #8 will be removed due to pedestrians.
Hole #9 is removed due to severe water hazard changing your whole tournament if a disc is lost.
Hole #3 & #4 may need alternative tee's or be removed entirely.
New holes will be added for any holes removed to make at least 18 holes.

Refund policy

Full refunds are available up to Thursday July 1st, 11:59PM (minus around $3 in PayPal fees you already paid) provided there are waitlisted people. Any refunds after this date you may not get a refund. After July 1, if you request a refund and the wait listed player comes to the tournament, you will get the refund. However, if the wait listed person does not come to the tournament, you will not be issued a refund but will receive the players pack.
