Coquitlam Match Play- Local Qualifier- 2018 United States Amateur Match Play Championships (USAMPC)
About this tournament
The Local Qualifying Bracket will be conducted over Saturday and Sunday. The $55 entry fee is a one time cost. Players will receive a Dynamic Discs Fuzion Burst Maverick and Latitude-64 Gold Burst Explorer in their player pack. If a player advances to the next levels, there are not additional entry fees. Winners of Local Qualifying Brackets will move on to the State/Province Bracket. Winners of the State/Province Bracket will move on to the Championship Bracket in Emporia, Kansas (June 22-24, 2018).
Saturday Morning – 8 matches take place (16 players)
Saturday Afternoon – 4 matches take place (8 players)
Sunday Morning – 2 matches take place (4 players)
Sunday Afternoon – Final match takes place (2 players)

First Place – DyeMax Trophy Disc + $100 dynamicdiscs.com credit
Second Place – DyeMax Trophy Junior Disc + $50 dynamicdiscs.com credit

Current PDGA member guidelines – Disc golfers rated 969 or below as of January 1, 2018. New members who do not have a current PDGA rating are eligible to compete.
Non-current PDGA members – Disc golfers who have never been rated 970 or above.
Non-PDGA members – Disc golfers who are not current PDGA members or are so new to the PDGA that they do not have a rating are eligible to play in the event.
