B-Pool: MA2, FA2, MA50, MA60-80, FA40-60, MA3, FA3, & MJ/FJ

B-Pool: Tradewoods/Tradewinds

All tournaments run by Tri-Fly Disc Golf will deduct $2 towards South Florida Open Fundraising & $5 towards Admin and Park Fees.

There must be at least 3 players in a division for a trophy to be made. Trophies will be ordered based on registration as of Feb. 26, 2023.

Ace Fund: If an ace is not hit during tournament play, the pot will be split between 3 people using CTP Throw Off at end of rounds; 45% closest to pin, 30% 2nd closest to pin, and 25% 3rd closest to pin.

First Place Playoffs will be Tradewinds Course starting at Hole 1.

TO OFFICIALLY WITHDRAW:
Players MUST withdraw using Disc Golf Scene withdraw option OR email (or phone) their withdrawal to TD Melissa Schneider at the contact information posted for the tournament. Discussions with persons other than the Tournament Director, including other tournament staff, shall not be considered official.

WITHDRAWALS AND REFUNDS:

• TRI-FLY Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

• Players who officially request to withdraw by March 4, 2023 will receive a 100% monetary refund.

• Players who officially request to withdraw between March 5, 2023 and March 13, 2023 will receive a 100% monetary refund minus a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through the waitlist. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, players will receive just the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division, the TD will provide a 50% monetary refund.

• Players who officially request to withdraw between March 14, 2023 and March 17, 2023 will receive a 100% monetary refund minus a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through waitlist. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, they will receive just the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division, the TD will provide a 25% monetary refund.

• Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from the event prior to the published closure of registration (March 17, 2023, 8pm) and don’t play forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack. This does NOT apply to a waitlist player.

• Waitlist players that do not make it into active registration will receive a 100% monetary refund day of tournament.

• For withdraws requesting player’s packs be shipped, there will be an up to $15 shipping charge, depending on size and value of player’s pack.

• Hole Sponsorships are non-refundable.
