Unsanctioned Doubles Flex at Benbrook Park! Tee time range is 9am - 1pm and groups of 4-6 players needed to make a card. UDisc will be used for scoring.
Trevor Byars, a GP team member and DG community staple, was involved in a car accident in late January that totaled his car and left him with multiple injuries. We are raising funds for his hospital bills, vehicle replacement, and work time lost due to the incident. $10/player, 100% of the raffle proceeds, and tee sign sponsorships will be donated directly to Trevor.
Fee Breakdown (MA1/FA1 = Am Division, MPO/FPO = Pro Division):
$30/player
-$10 Fundraiser - directly to Trevor Byars
-$5 Course Reservation/Insurance
-$15 Payout
Amateurs will be paid in Goose Promotions merchandise including over 1,000 discs, shirts, Loot Bags, beef jerky, etc.. Pros will be paid in cash via PayPal within 48 hours of the end of the event. We will use the Top 30% Top Heavy Payout Scale linked here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1qMm-U9kR2PkLyeqLMJyb8KIdTmAWBrkzEDgXEo6PTvk/edit?usp=sharing
Ace Pot - $5/player optional ace pot. If not ace is hit, the ace pot will be donated to Trevor.
Tee sign sponsorships are $25/player and tee sign funds will be donated directly to Trevor. If you purchase a tee sign, please send a logo to [email redacted] to have it printed on a sign.
Top 20% of teams in the amateur divisions will win an invitation to the Texas Am Series Finale. The winners of the pro divisions will receive Free Entry to a GP Flex Start.
Raffle - we will have an awesome raffle on-Site and 100% of the proceeds will be donated to Trevor. Prizes will include a bag ($150+ value), rare and unique discs, dyed discs, GP swag, and other merchandise. The raffle will be drawn when the last card tees off and you do not need to be present to win. Raffle ticket costs:
1 ticket for $5
5 tickets for $20
12 tickets for $40
30 tickets for $100
