About this tournament
Tamayo Disc Golf hace la cordial invitación a la comunidad entusiasta del Disc Golf a la treceava edición del Torneo del Pavo en Monterrey. En este año el torneo es a beneficio de la Asociación Alzheimer De Monterrey. Como ya es tradición jugaremos en el Parque Rufino Tamayo en San Pedro garza García, Nuevo León.
El Torneo del Pavo este año entrará en la categoría de PDGA True Amateur Event (https://www.pdga.com/td/true-amateur) y mantiene la clasificación como torneo Amateur C-Tier.
El día viernes y sábado llevaremos a cabo las actividades del torneo y al finalizar la competencia individual el día sábado pasaremos a la premiación/cena que se llevara a cabo en el Hotel Novotel de Valle Oriente el cual se encuentra ubicado a un lado del Parque Rufino Tamayo, ahí se premiarán a los primeros tres lugares de cada categoría, habrá dinámicas, sorpresas y disfrutaremos de una velada en la terraza del hotel.
El día domingo continuaremos con las actividades parte de este evento y que están incluidas en su inscripción en las instalaciones del Deportivo Skyf (https://maps.app.goo.gl/w2shJCMfJEXw1UhY8) donde tendremos un torneo de parejas y posteriormente daremos cierre a las actividades del torneo del Pavo con una Tradicional Carne Asada.

Tamayo Disc Golf cordially invites the Disc Golf enthusiast community to the thirteenth edition of the "El Torneo del Pavo" in Monterrey. This year the tournament benefits the Alzheimer Association of Monterrey. As is tradition, we will play at Parque Rufino Tamayo in San Pedro garza García, Nuevo León.
This year's "El Torneo del Pavo" will be designated as a PDGA True Amateur Event category (https://www.pdga.com/td/true-amateur) and maintains the classification as a C-Tier Amateur tournament.
On Friday and Saturday we will have the tournament singles activities and at the end of the competition on Saturday we will move on to the awards/dinner that will take place at the Novotel Hotel in Valle Oriente which is located next to Parque Rufino Tamayo. During the dinner the first three places in each category will be awarded, there will be dynamics, surprises and we will enjoy an evening on the hotel terrace.
On Sunday we will continue with the activities part of this event and that are included with your inscrption at the Deportivo Skyf facilities (https://maps.app.goo.gl/w2shJCMfJEXw1UhY8) where we will have a couples tournament and later we will close the event. the activities of the "El Torneo del Pavo" with a Traditional Monterrey style barbecue.
