Player check-in is optional for this event. You are good to go if you are on your tee and ready to throw at tee time.
8 am - Player check-in. Players can pick up their players pack at this time or after the event
9:30 am - Quick players meeting
9:35 am - Players head out to their starting hole
9:58 am - Two minute warning (yell it with me)
10:00 am - Big wooo yell to get started
1:00-1:30 pm expected finish time. We will start awards and prizes as soon as I can post them.

Update!
1 round of 23 holes. The weather is colder than expected. We will be skipping holes 16,17,18, and 19. These holes are on the north end. We will be playing winter rules. The only out of bounds will be water and across (unless you cross the water as part of the hole). Roads and bike paths will play in bounds. The Mando will not be in play on hole 20. This is all done to help speed of play.
MPO / MP40 / MA1 will play long tee.
All other divisions will play short-tee.
MA3, MA4, Junior: These players will receive a players pack and will not be competing for prizes. The Player's pack will be a $20 voucher for anything available for sale.
MA1 / MA2 / and other AM age-protected divisions: Play for prize money credit based on Placement
(Pay down %50 of the field)
Pro field will be paid out to 40%
Trees of Peace Disc Golf Payout Information:
100% Payout minus PDGA $2, Sanc/Ins $1, Ace$1
All division winners receive a trophy. The division needs to have at least 2 people in the division for a trophy. I usually make trophies a couple of days before the event so if a division fills last minute I will not have time to make a trophy.
Ace Pool: Everyone is automatically entered into the ace pool ($1 per player). If there is no ace we will throw off for the ace money.
