There's no strict dress code- as long as you're not trying to play without a shirt on or something haha. Need a top, some bottoms, and something on your feet

So My brother and I have Junior PDGA memberships and we are both under 18 and we were wondering if we were eligible to Register for MA4 instead of MJ15 even though we are Juniors?

Yes you can, so long as you are both eligible rating-wise (under 850)
