Join touring Pro Sheliemae Lai for another free Throwing clinic! She is teaming up with Coach Bruce to help our local ladies take their game to the next level through hands on learning. This is an amazing opportunity to get 1:1 feedback during fieldwork, so don’t miss it!

All skill levels welcome

The goals:
- Expand your disc knowledge
- Throw more confidently & consistently
- Increase throwing distance
- Learn what you can focus on next to level up your game (:

Attend anytime between 8:30 - 11:30am. Stay for 1 hour or for all 3 hours!

Meet at the south side of Kit Carson Park by the baseball fields. From Bear Valley Parkway, turn onto Casteneda Dr. and park in the first lot on the right
