About this tournament
3 rounds of play
This event will serve as the finale for our weekly LG at Waterloo...Top 8 have reserved spots so only 8 spots left!
Buy In:
2 discs (1 for payouts "new non-inked only").....(1 for CTP "used disc is ok")
There will be an optional $2 cash CTP buy in and optional $2 Ace Pot buy in...if our LG ace Pot is not claimed before this event it will be up for grabs (should be around $150)
$1 Club Event Fee...(so just bring $5 and 2 discs)...lol
Format:
3 rounds totaling 50 holes
No Mandos...No OB....Play it where it lays!!!....1stroke penalty and throw from last position on any lost disc (4 min timer!)
Rnd 1 "The Warm Up" = Standard Stroke Play Singles on 20 holes of Oolretaw Bliss "Waterloo's mini course".....(any aces over 150ft will be paid)...lots of mini hole in this layout.
Rnd 2 "Game On" = Standard Stroke Play Hi-Lo Dubs on 12 holes of Safari Layout at Waterloo....(1st place from Rnd 1 will be paired with last place from Rnd 1 and so on until all players have a Hi-Lo partner).....all holes are Ace Pot eligible!
Rnd 3 "Divide & Conquer" = Singles Stroke Play w/mini save a putt feature on 18 holes of the monster Calipooia Classic layout at Bryant Park....all holes are Ace Pot eligible!
Cash CTP and CTP buy in discs will be available for play on all 3 rounds.
If the Ace Pot is not hit by the end of event each player who bought in will get 3 throws in a CTP or Ace contest where the total distance from pin will be totaled and the player with the lowest total footage will take the cash!!!
Payouts:
The player finishing the day with the lowest total number of strokes will receive a Trophy Disc signed by all the players they conquered and will get 1st pick at the disc buy in pool....2nd will get the next pick and so on down the list.
BONUS!!!
As is Throwdown tradition $1 unlimited mulligans will be available before the start of each round...if you buy 5 or more on any round they become anywhere mulligans!!!!
(100% of mulligan money will got to Pacific Jack Boot & Gear of Albany for the recent Tee Pad funding at our beloved Waterloo DGC)....Thank You ADAM RUD!!!!
