Sep 178:30am - 2:30pm
Flex event check-in begins at 8:30am and closes at 2:30pm. No tee times. Round begins at Hole 1 when there is a group of 3-5 players. No groups bigger than 5 players. All players will play the regular Fairfield University 18 hole course using regular tees. Access code to be provided at check-in for PDGA Live Scoring.

About this tournament
The Fairfield County Disc Club will be hosting the 2023 Throw Pink at Fairfield University!
Sunday, September 17th at Fairfield University
144 "soft" player cap
PDGA C-Tier Flex Start event (All players begin at Hole 1)
One Round Stroke Play
Professional Divisions - Cash Payouts
Amateurs – Player packs and merchandise vouchers. Stay tuned for more details!
EVENT FEES:
$25 per player broken down as follows:
- PDGA per player fee is waived as a CEP event
- $2 TD Fee ($1 of which will be donated to Throw Pink)
- $10 donation per player to the Norma Pfriem Breast Center
- Cash payouts to (Pros) and player pack for (AMs)
No $10 non-member/non-current member fee as a CEP event!!!
Players are strongly encouraged to pre-register in order to help us properly facilitate this event. If we do not reach capacity, walk up spots may be available at the discretion of the Tournament Directors. Any walk up will incur a $5 administration fee in addition to the tournament entry fee.
There is a $10 one day membership fee for anyone not currently a PDGA member.
FORMAT/LAYOUT:
All divisions will play the standard 18 hole layout.
PARKING:
Please park at Hole 1.
TOURNAMENT CENTRAL:
Tournament Central for this event will be at Hole 1.
CHECK IN:
Players must check in prior to Round 1 start. Withdraws and Refunds will be in accordance with the PDGA Competition Manual section 1.03
PLAYER’S MEETING:
There will NOT be a player's meeting for this event/ All information will be provided via a virtual player's meeting email to be issued no later than two days prior to the event date.
TEE TIMES:
For this event, players will not select a tee time at registration. Players may tee anytime between 8:30 AM and 2:30 PM. Players should plan on teeing off during that window and will be grouped randomly on site into cards of 3-5 players. Any player who has not checked in with the TDs by the designated time, will not be allowed to participate in this event.
AWARDS/PRIZES:
All professional divisions will receive cash payouts via Paypal to be provided no later than two business days following the event.
All players are automatically entered into a $100 Ace Pot.
There will be at least one CTP that all players will be eligible to win.
REFUND POLICY:
Fairfield County Disc Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
